| Feature | Description |
| Partner Locked | This allows you to control if your partners are able to complete this section of the application on behalf of the participant or not. If the section is partner locked, the participant will need to login and complete that section themselves. |
| Include In PDF | This allows you to toggle whether this section of the application form is incorporated into the participant's PDF application. This PDF application is the one that you and your hosts can download from Hanover. This is useful if there is sensitive information that you do not want to share outside of your company. |
| Include In CSV Import | This allows you to toggle whether the fields in this section are included on the Participant CSV import template that partners would use to bulk upload Participants to the Partner portal. |
