Inside Hanover, there are two different ways that you can reset your account password.

Method 1

If you've forgotten your password and can no longer log into your account, you can use this method to reset your account password. Here's how:

• Navigate to your Hanover sign-in page 

hint: it will likely be: <company name>.hanovercrm.com

• Click on the 'FORGOT PASSWORD' button underneath the sign-in form
• Enter the email address that's associated to your Hanover account
• Check your email inbox for an email from Hanover and open it
• Click the link inside the email to reset your password
• Enter your new password and click save
• Congratulations you've just reset your password 👾

Method 2

When signed in as an Admin;

• Click on the cog icon in the lower left of the menu

• Enter your new password into the 'Change Password' field
• Confirm your new password in the 'Change Password Confirmation' field
• Click Save
• Nice job 💪 You've just reset your password
